Vintage Estate Wine & Beer- #1 Rated Bottle Shop in OHIO

We are humbled and grateful for all of the great customers and friends who have supported VE for the last 6 1/2 years. It is YOU supporting a "Mom and Pop" local business that keeps this project moving forward. The #1 rated bottle shop in the state of Ohio means a lot to us, but we are so proud that it is in Youngstown, Ohio. Cheers!

NEW! Monthly Beer Taste

We have decided to add to our monthly events!  Our monthly wine taste & mead tastes have become very popular and can sell out quickly.  So we have decided to start a monthly beer taste EVERY 2nd Saturday of the month.  Our first taste will be on Valentine's Day from 4-7pm for only $15.  We will feature a different brewery every month, and offer 10 different tastes.  So if you love our other monthly events, make sure to buy your ticket early and secure your spot!  Taste, learn, shop & enjoy!

Our Certified Cicerone

James Sforza, one of our Service Managers, is also our house Certified Cicerone.  Since 2006, the Cicerone Certification Program has been the industry standard for providing the beer world with a professional certification, and the term "Certified Cicerone" is a protected registered trademark.  Being a Certified Cicerone means that James is certified in the following areas:

-Beer Storage, Sales, and Service
-Beer Styles and Culture
-Beer Tasting and Flavors
-Brewing Ingredients and Processes                                                                                                              --Beer and Food Pairing

When James passed his exam in May of 2014, he became the 41st Certified Cicerone in the state of Ohio.  As of January 2015, he is one of only 45 in Ohio, and still the Mahoning Valley's first and only Certified Cicerone.  He continues to develop his passion for beer every day.
